He has been the managing director of the National Petrochemical Industries Company “ Natpet ” since July 2020, and the founder of “Energy Efficiency Era Company” since 2016.

He has over 26 years of practical industrial, administrative and economic experience, having served as CEO of Alujain Company , acting CEO of the same company, board member, partner and managing director of Asr Energy Efficiency Company, and general manager of planning, economics and risk management at the Saudi Arabian Mining Company “ Ma’aden ”.

He also held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Alpha Projects Company, Director of Engineering and Facilities Planning at Jubail and Yanbu Electricity and Water Facilities Company ( Marafiq ), Senior Advisor for Reliability and Asset Management at Shell Global Solutions Company, and Operations and Maintenance Manager at Saudi Aramco Shell Refinery Company ( SASREF ).

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom (2006) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from King Saud University (1990).
