He also held several positions at the " United Arab Emirates University ", including: Head of the Outstanding Students Authority, Assistant Dean and Member of the Strategic Planning Authority at the College of Business Administration and Economics, Assistant Professor and Head of the Executive MBA Program Authority at the same college, Member of the Supreme Council, and Head and Deputy of the Business Administration Department. He worked as an assistant professor at the University of Dubai, a team leader for the UAE-USA Free Trade Agreement negotiations, a representative of the UAE government at the International Labor Organization, and a writer for the Emirati newspaper Al Bayan . He has more than 21 years of experience in business and entrepreneurship management, human resources development, and organizational change. He holds a PhD in Business Administration in 1994 from the University of Mississippi in the United States of America, an MBA from Loyola University New Orleans in the United States, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1982 from the University of Miami in the same country.
