He held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Gulfa General Investment Company ” and “ Union Real Estate Company ” between June 21, 2020 and November 9, 2021, and was a member of the Board of Directors of “ Palm Hills Development Company ” in Egypt.

He also held the position of CEO of Union Properties Company , and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the same company between February 25, 2020 and June 21, 2020, after being a member of the Board between 2018 and 2020.

He has experience in the field of financial brokerage, real estate management and investments, where he held many administrative positions in a number of companies, including: “Al Thuraya Insurance Company”, “MAM Investments Company”, “Julius Baer Group”, and “Dana Middle East Investment Company”. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of Dubai Islamic Insurance and Reinsurance Company “Aman”, “Union Insurance Company”, and “Awtad Company”.

He held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Liechtenstein Landesbank, General Manager at Armam Capital Real Estate Investments, Premier Financial Brokerage, and All in One Technology, Director of the Information and Communication Technology Department at the Office of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed between 2004 and 2007, and Systems Analyst at the Ministry of Interior .

He holds a Master of Science in Strategic Business Information Systems in 2011 from the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom, a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Business Information Technology from NCC Education in the United Kingdom, a National Diploma in Business Administration from Elegant International College in the same country, and a Certificate in Information Technology from the Higher Colleges of Technology.
