He held the position of Human Resources Manager at “Mohammed Al Barwani Oil Services Company” between 2012 and 2014, Head of Individual Rewards Department at “Ooredoo Oman Company” between 2011 and 2012, Director of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs at “ Majan Electricity Company ” between 2010 and 2011, and Director of Talent Management at “Haya Water Company” between 2003 and 2010.

He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management in 2003 from Griffith University in Australia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Cost Accounting in 2001 from ISSC Institute at Pune University in India.
