Khawla Al Serkal  graduated from the American University of Sharjah in 2002.

She has played pivotal roles in successful projects and served as a valued board member in diverse fields, including community development, sports, and charity. She has been a Board Member of Sheikha Jawaher Al Qasimi Award for Sports Excellence (formerly known as  Sharjah Sports Family Awards) since 2021, as well as  a Board Member of the Friends of Cancer Patients since 2021.

Khawla has held several prominent positions throughout her career, including:

• supervisor of the Media Committee of sheikha Jawaher Al Qasimi Award for Sports Excellence between 2023 and 2024.
• Vice chairperson of the Sharjah Cultural and Chess Club from 2015 to 2018.
• Head of the Child Safety Campaign in 2010.

Khawla Al Serkal received several awards and shields during her career, to name a few:

• Ambassador of the Pink Caravan in 2017.
• Executive Women as the "Mind of a Winner" in 2016.
• Xponent Media FZ as the "Emirati Women Achiever" in 2015.
• The Sheikha Jawaher Medal for Contribution and Excellence in 2014 

She also received a special recognition from Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qassimi (SLC’s Silver Jubilee Event – in November 2007).

In addition to her professional pursuits, HE Khawla Al Serkal has been actively involved in charitable initiatives. In 2006 she was a member in the organizing committee for Majida AlRoumi’s charity concert, a fundraising event aimed to support Lebanese citizens within the "Together for Lebanon" campaign.

has significantly contributed to developing the services of Sharjah Ladies Club, focusing on enhancing women’s empowerment in health, wellness, beauty, and skills development, She also played a role in establishing strategic partnerships with many brands.
