Founder and Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of “Idea Leadership Management Consulting” since August 2023, United Arab Emirates.

She has been a sports legal advisor at “Moza Al-Khader Law Firm and Legal Consultations” since November 2023.

She held the position of Director General of the Sharjah Women's Sports Foundation between 2016 and 2021, Vice President of the Supreme Organizing Committee and Head of the Executive Committee of the Arab Women's Sports Tournament, Member of the Board of Trustees and Secretary-General of the Sharjah Sports Family Award, and Head of the Women's Committee of the Arab Karate Federation.

She was a member of the Board of Directors of the Sharjah Sports Council between 2012 and 2021, a member of the Emirates Women's Sports Committee and the Sharjah Development Forum since 2005, and held the position of Director of the Women's Sports Department at the Sharjah Ladies Club .

She won the “18th Middle East Leadership Excellence Award” for the Distinguished Sports Leadership Category for the year 2018 from the “Middle East Excellence Awards Institute”, the “Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Award for Women Athletes” in 2013, the “Sports Leadership Medal” in the Emirate of Sharjah in 2012, the “Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Sports Creativity” in 2009, and the Excellence Medal during the Silver Jubilee at the “Sharjah Ladies Club” in 2004.

She holds a Master’s degree in Sports Law in 2023 from the American University in the Emirates , and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Service in 2000 from the United Arab Emirates University .
