She joined the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) in 2018, where she assumed the position of General Manager of Human Resources.

She held several positions at the Saudi Payments Company , including: Vice President of Support Services between 2017 and 2018, Director of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs between 2015 and 2017, in addition to her work in the field of financial technology within the Saudi Central Bank " SAMA " between 2016 and 2018.

She has experience in human resources management and development, support services management, corporate communications, and leading fintech initiatives.

She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Catholic University of America in the United States, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from King Saud University . She also completed the Executive Program for Management and Leadership at the London Business School, and the Executive Program for Leading High-Performance Work Teams at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
