Saudi Tadawul Group was established on December 11, 2007, following a royal decree issued on March 20, 2007.
The group was listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on December 8, 2021, and is a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund.
Saudi Tadawul Group aims to support the development of the Saudi capital market, diversify investment opportunities, keep pace with rapid global and local market developments, support the economy, develop the Saudi financial sector, and attract international investors.
The group comprises four companies, namely Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) and Securities Clearing Center Company (Muqassa).
