She has been a Projects and Programs Manager at the Abu Dhabi Human Resources Authority since January 2016, and Head of the Human Development Department at the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi since September 2012.

She holds a PhD in Business Administration and Leadership in 2012 from Abu Dhabi University , a Master’s in Education in 2011 from the Higher Colleges of Technology , a Master’s in the same field in 2008 from Deakin University in Australia, an Executive Master’s in Business Administration in 2005 from Zayed University , and a Bachelor’s in Applied Sciences in 2001 from the Higher Colleges of Technology .
