Founder and CEO of " M Glory Holding Group " since September 2020, Founder and Board Member of " Sandstorm Automotive " since January 2017, CEO and General Manager of "Arts Secrets Group" since May 2004. 

She held the position of Senior Procurement Manager at "Caracal International" between 2015 and 2017, Senior Procurement, Goods and Logistics Manager at "Nimr Automotive" between 2012 and 2015, Head of General Support Services Department at "Health Authority - Abu Dhabi" between 2005 and 2008, Head of Support Services Department at " Ministry of Health - UAE " between 2002 and 2005, in addition to working as a financial accountant at "GHQ" between 1999 and 2002. 

She is considered the first Arab woman to establish a car factory in the Middle East, and the first Emirati woman to obtain an applied doctorate in Supply Chain and Industrial Management from the United Arab Emirates University . 

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2011 from the United Arab Emirates University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Industries in 1998.
