He is the Chairman of the Investment Committee and a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Energy Production Company.

He held several positions at the Saudi Electricity Company , including: Executive Vice President of Finance between December 2019 and September 2023, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning and Investments in charge between 2018 and 2019, Executive Director of Treasury between January 2018 and May 2019, Head of Corporate Finance between 2013 and 2017, and Senior Financial Analyst for Treasury between April 2008 and January 2013.

He also worked as a Relationship Manager at HDFC Mutual Fund between 2006 and 2008.

He holds an MBA in Finance from ICFAI Business School in India in 2006, and graduated from the Executive Program in Public Administration in 2019 from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the United States of America.
