President of the Amman Arab University since September 2020, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

He is a professor of mechanical engineering at the Jordan University of Science and Technology , and a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).

He held several positions at the Jordan University of Science and Technology, including Dean of Scientific Research and Director of the Center for Academic Development and Quality Assurance. He was also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Amman Arab University, Luminus Technical University College, and the Royal Jordanian Geographical Center College of Surveying and Geospatial Sciences.

He has more than 50 research papers published in international peer-reviewed journals.

He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida in 1997, a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University in 1993, and a Bachelor's degree in the same major from Yarmouk University in Jordan in 1984.
