Director of the Project Management Office for Health Informatics and Smart Health at the Dubai Health Authority since June 2018, United Arab Emirates. He held several positions at the Dubai Health Authority , including: Director of the Executive Office for Institutional Transformation between 2016 and 2018, Director of Health Data and Information Analysis at the same authority between 2011 and 2018, Assistant Chief Operating Officer at Rashid Hospital between 2007 and 2008, and worked as a consultant at New Zealand Trading and Projects Company between 2014 and 2018. He also held the position of Head of Medical Affairs at Al Nasr Cultural and Sports Club between 2012 and 2017, and GMC Brand Ambassador at General Motors Middle East (GM ) between 2014 and 2016. He was a medical intern at Connolly Blanchardstown Hospital between 2003 and 2004, and a non-resident fellow at the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government between 2013 and 2015. He holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Management in 2007 from the Royal College of Surgeons, University of Ireland, a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery in 2003 from the same university, and a research fellowship in Clinical Informatics in 2009 from Harvard Medical School.
