Secretary General of the Executive Council of the Government of Ras Al Khaimah , United Arab Emirates.
He has been a member of the Board of Trustees of both the American University of Ras Al Khaimah and the Higher Colleges of Technology since January 28, 2019, Director General of the Sheikh Saud Program for Government Research and Policy, Director of the Ras Al Khaimah Competitiveness Office, and Director General of the Human Resources Department in Ras Al Khaimah.
He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Society for Social Development, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ras Al Khaimah White Cement and Construction Materials Company since May 2022.
He also holds the position of Director General of the Sheikh Saqr Program for Government Excellence in Ras Al Khaimah, and on the academic level, he works as an Associate Professor at the College of Business Administration and Economics at the United Arab Emirates University .
He was a member of the Board of Directors of RAK Ceramics .
He held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Society for Social Development, and before that he worked as an assistant professor and head of the Department of Government Administration at the same university, teaching various subjects, and held the position of Secretary General of the Ras Al Khaimah Award for Educational Excellence.
He holds a PhD in Management from the University of Southern California in 1994, a Master’s in Management from the same university in the United States of America, and a Bachelor’s in Government Administration from the United Arab Emirates University.
