Secretary General of the National Media Authority , with the rank of Undersecretary of State, since July 2026, United Arab Emirates.

He has been the Vice Chairman of the same authority since January 2026, the CEO of A.R.M. Holding Company since March 2019, the General Manager and Board Member of the Emirates Racing Authority since September 2021, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Asian Federation of Horse Racing since March 2024, and a member of the Executive Council of the same federation since October 2021.

He held the position of Secretary General of the Emirates Media Council, CEO of Dubai Design District , Chief Operating Officer of the same entity, and Executive Director of General Strategy, Executive Follow-up and Technology at Dubai Media Incorporated .

He also served as Senior Director of Broadcasting and Media Services at Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company “ du ”, and Business Development Manager at TECOM Group.

He holds a Master's degree in Digital Wireless Communications from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom (2005) and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the American University of Sharjah (2003).
