He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Mining Company of Fujairah, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Islamic Arab Insurance Company “Salama” since April 24, 2023, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Grand Factories Mining Company “AMAC” .

He was appointed a member of the Board of Directors of the Islamic Arab Insurance Company “Salama” on April 18, 2021.

He served as Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy for Economic Affairs between 2006 and 2020, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Gulf Quarry Company , and a member of the Board of Directors of the same company representing the Arab Mining Company, and Executive Director of the Emirates Telecommunications Group “ Etisalat ” between 1990 and 2006. He was also a member On the Board of Directors of the Emirates Identity Authority, the Emirates General Petroleum Corporation “Emirates ”, the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology “Specifications ”, the “Dubai Equestrian Club”, and the Emirates Horse Racing Authority.

He holds an Executive Master of Business Administration in 2002 from the American University of Sharjah , and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 1990 from the University of South Florida in the United States of America.
