He is a founding member and Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Jarir Marketing Company ” since 1979, and the founder of “Jarir Commercial Investments Company” in 1979, “Jarir Furniture Company”, “Jarir Real Estate Company”, “Kingdom of Children Kindergarten”, and “Najd Schools”.

He served as a member of the Board of Directors of Al-Andalus Real Estate Company, Sanabil Company, Jarir Real Estate Company, Harmah International Company, Harmah National Company, Noura National Company, Imtiyaz Arabia Company, Al-Khareef Group, Asala Holding Company, Jarir Commercial Development Company, and Jarir Commercial Investments Company.

He was a member of the Board of Trustees of the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba ), the Centennial Fund, the Gifted Care Foundation at MBC TV, a member of the Middle East Advisory Board of Duke University, and a member of the Executive Committee of the National Center for Family Businesses at the Council of Saudi Chambers .

He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering in 1975 from the University of California in the United States of America, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 1974 from King Fahd University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
