She is the Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dubai Women Establishment , President of the Dubai Press Club , Vice-Chairman of the Emirates Gender Balance Council , the Dubai Ladies Club , and Secretary General of the Arab Press Award. She also serves as a member of the Board of Directors. “ Dubai Media Incorporated ” and “Emirates Media Council” since February 2023, and membership in the Executive Committee of the Emirates Branch for Young Arab Leaders.

Shortly after her graduation, she began her career as a public relations and media coordinator with the founding team of the Dubai Shopping Festival, and in 2003 she supervised the establishment of the first women’s club in Dubai.

She served as a member of the National Media Council, and was a member of the jury in the semi-finals of the International Emmy Awards for Asia and Africa in Dubai in 2002.

She was awarded the title of “Young Global Leader” by the World Economic Forum in 2014, and the title of “Prominent Entrepreneur in the Middle East” by the World BPO Forum in New York in 2008. Forbes Middle East magazine also classified her among the list of “Most “30 influential Arab women in the government sector” in the region in 2013.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1996 from the Higher Colleges of Technology.
