She holds a number of positions, including:

• Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of " EQUATE Petrochemical Company ".
• Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Olefins Company.
• Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Vietnam Petrochemical Company.
• Treasurer of the Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association ( GPCA ).
• Member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Kuwait Petrochemical Company (CKPC).
• Member of the Board of Directors of “Equate Marketing Company”.

She was a member of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait National Petroleum Company , the Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA), the Kuwait Olefins Company, and the Equate Petrochemical Company.

She also held the position of Executive Vice President of Olefs and Aromatics at Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC) between 2019 and 2022, and was a member of the Board of Directors of the same company. She was also the Executive Vice President of Petrochemicals and LNG at Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company ( KIPIC ) between 2016 and 2019, Director of Corporate Planning at the same company, and Director of Technical Services at Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) between 2013 and 2016.

She was selected by Forbes Middle East magazine as one of the 100 most powerful businesswomen in the Middle East for the years 2023 and 2024.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Kuwait University .
