Chairman of the Board of Directors of " Al Argan Projects Company ", Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Thakher Investment and Real Estate Development Company Limited", and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of " Bank Albilad " as of June 1, 2026, and " Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Subaie & Sons Investment Company ", and a member of the Board of Trustees of "Mohammed and Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Subaie Charitable Foundation".

He has been a member of the board of directors of “Akwan Real Estate Company”, “ Fajr Capital Company ”, the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers “Taqeem” , and the “ Saudi Red Crescent Authority ” since February 2017.

He assumed the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Bank Albilad”, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the same bank. He also worked for “First Information Security Company”, “ Riyadh Bank ”, “ Dallah Healthcare Company ”, “ Savola Group ”, “ Jarir Marketing Company ”, “Saudi Basic Industries Corporation “SABIC” , and “ Saudi French Bank ”.

He served on the board of directors of: the General Authority for Endowments, Dur Hospitality Company , and the General Organization for Social Insurance, in addition to his membership on the board of directors of Al Rajhi Banking and Investment Corporation ( Al Rajhi Bank ) and Riyadh Real Estate Development Company .

He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University in 1980.
