He joined the bank in 2008, and held several positions, including: Head of Administrative Affairs between 2017 and 2021, and Head of the Recruitment and Emiratisation Department between 2013 and 2017.

He was Senior Recruitment Manager at TECOM Investments between September 2013 and November 2013, Assistant Emiratisation Manager at Mashreq Bank between 2006 and 2008, and in Customer Service at National Bank of Abu Dhabi between 2004 and 2006.

He has over 17 years of experience in the fields of talent management, localization, human resources planning, systems and policies, and organizational structure formulation.

He completed his studies at Horizon University College in the UAE, where he obtained an MBA in Strategic Management and Leadership Skills in 2021, and a BA in International Business Administration in 2019.
