She held several positions at the National Health Insurance Company " Daman ", including: Executive Director of Human Resources between 2019 and 2022, Director of Human Resources during the second half of 2018, and Head of Emiratisation and Talent Management between 2017 and 2018. She also held the position of Head of Emiratisation at "Barclays Bank " between 2015 and 2016.

She also held several positions at HSBC Bank Middle East, including: Head of Emiratisation and Local Talent between 2011 and 2015, Director of Corporate Sustainability between 2008 and 2011, and Director of Corporate Banking between 2007 and 2008. She also worked in the Credit and Risk Department at Dubai Commercial Bank between 2003 and 2007, in addition to her work in the Corporate Banking Department at United Arab Bank between 2001 and 2003.

She has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources.

She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from the Higher Colleges of Technology in the UAE.
