Chairman and CEO of Middle East Fuji , UAE. He has been the President of the International Ship Service and Supply Association (ISA) since 2018, the first Arab to hold this position, a founding member and President of the National Ship Supply Association in the UAE, a member of the Dubai Maritime Advisory Council of the Dubai Maritime City Authority , and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Emirates Maritime Arbitration Centre . He started his career as a credit officer at Commercial Bank of Dubai , then moved to Citibank as a director and member of the credit committee, then established his own company in 1993 under the name of Middle East Ship Stores, which later became Middle East Fuji after a merger with Fuji. He also served as Vice President of the International Ship Supply Association between 2010 and 2018. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1988 from Loma Linda University in the United States of America.
