Board Member of Abu Dhabi Petroleum Ports Operating Company (IRSHAD) , UAE. He is a member of the Advisory Committees Board of both ADNOC Refining and Abu Dhabi National Tanker Company (ADNATCO ). He served as Acting CEO of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company for Distribution ( ADNOC Distribution ) from March 2016 to January 4, 2019, Senior Executive Vice President of Technical Affairs at ADNOC Distribution between 2012 and 2016, and Senior Executive Vice President of Operations at the same company between 2008 and 2012. He holds an MBA in 2009 from the United Arab Emirates University , and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering in 1994 from the University of Evansville in the United States of America.
