Secretary of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of the Maldives since March 25, 2019. He served as Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for International Organization Affairs in the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation . He was also the UAE Ambassador to: Ireland, Germany, Washington, India, and Australia. , New Zealand, and a non-resident ambassador to: Norway, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, and Nepal. He holds a doctorate in international relations from the American University, a master’s degree in international public policy from Johns Hopkins University in the United States, and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Arizona State University in the same country.
