He is the Chairman of the Advisory Board of "Eli Bank", and Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Arab Banking Corporation Bank - Jordan" representing the Arab Banking Corporation "ABC Bank", " Arab Financial Services Company " in Bahrain, and Arab Banking Corporation Bank "ABC Bank Egypt" .

He has more than 35 years of experience in banking, leadership and management, having served as CEO of the Arab Banking Corporation Group “ ABC Bank ” between 2023 and 2026.

He joined the Arab Banking Corporation “ ABC Bank ” in 1981, and held several positions there, including Acting Group Chief Executive Officer, Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Head of Operations Group, Senior Vice President, Head of Operations and Executive Management Group, and Head of the General Department of Information Technology Affairs.

He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Blom Bank Egypt”, General Manager of “Arab Banking Corporation for Information Services Ltd.” in Jordan between 1986 and 1997, and a member of the Board of Directors of “ABC Brasil Bank”.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in 1981 from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom.
