Colonel Saif Al Muhairi is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Society of Accountants and Auditors, and Director of the General Department of Finance at Dubai Police.

Born in 1966, he entered the field of police work, and obtained multiple diplomas in financial resources management within the Sharjah Police General Command, rising through the career ladder until he held the position of Director of the General Department of Finance. He is a member of the Finance and Assets Committee of the Ministry of Interior, and is a member and developer of the government's financial performance through the Financial Police Council. He gave extensive courses in the field of finance and policing, which studies the rules of mathematical theories.

He graduated from the UAE University in 1990, with an academic degree in banking, and holds a bachelor’s degree in law.
