He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Red Sea Markets Company” since 2004, “Al Mahmal Development Company” since 2012, and a member of the Board of Directors of “Al Khamasiya International Real Estate Development Company” since 2014.

He held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Al-Mahmal Facilities Services Company” and the Saudi Economic and Development Holding Company “SEDCO Holding”, and headed the Executive Committee of the same company between 2009 and 2021. He was a member of the Board of Directors of “Al-Balad Al-Amin Company” between 2010 and 2017, “Yanbu Saudi-Kuwaiti Paper Products Company” between 2005 and 2017, “Elaph Travel and Tourism Company” between 2001 and 2017, and “Yanbu Cement Company” between 1977 and 2017.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 1976 from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
