She served as a member of the National Committee to Combat Human Trafficking, the Permanent Committee to Follow Up the Comprehensive Periodic Report on Human Rights, and the Supreme Committee for Child Protection in the UAE Ministry of Interior. She was the director of several schools in Abu Dhabi. She also worked as a teacher and educational consultant.

She has more than 30 years of experience in the field of education, and holds the title of “expert” in the field of combating human trafficking by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.

She won several awards for her role in the field of humanitarian care, including the “Petrochem Award” in the humanitarian field category, and the “Inspiring Woman Award” within the “L’Official Awards for Arab Women,” and was ranked among “CEO Magazine’s” list of the 100 most powerful Arab women.

She holds a diploma in educational qualification in school administration from the United Arab Emirates University, and a diploma in combating human trafficking from the Dubai Judicial Institute.
