She has 17 years of experience in the field of healthcare. She has been a founding partner in the same group since 2006, and held the position of Chief Operating Officer between 2010 and 2023. During her work in the group, she supervised many acquisitions, including the acquisition of Abu Dhabi Health Services Company “SEHA”, Ardent Health Services, the fourth largest private healthcare system in the US. She also led the acquisition of Circle Health Group, the first acquisition of this size in the UK healthcare sector from a group based in the UAE.

She also led several initiatives based on artificial intelligence, including the launch of the “Pura App” and the “PuraNet Platform,” a digital cloud platform dedicated to providing digital healthcare services.

Forbes magazine ranked her on the “List of the 100 Most Powerful Businesswomen in the Middle East” for the year 2023, and also ranked her on the “List of the Most Powerful Healthcare Leaders in the Middle East” for the year 2022.
