He began working with Agility, formerly known as PwC Logistics, in 1999, where he held several positions, including: CEO, Head of International Services for the US Government and Defense, and Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

He served with the US Navy as a supply chain commander, and has held a number of positions in finance, logistics, and information technology, as well as working at a number of US embassies around the world.

He holds a Master’s degree from the Armed Forces Industrial College of the National Defense University in 1992, a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 1982 from Chaminade University in Honolulu, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance in 1976 from Indiana University Bloomington in the United States of America.
