He is the general manager of: “Zak Company for Concrete and Engineering Products”, “City Real Estate Development Company”, “Foftec Company for Energy, Electricity and Turkish Agencies” in Syria, “Zakri Company for Engineering and Contracting”, and “Mosaic Company for Sweets” in Türkiye.

He is a member of the board of directors of "Al-Thakiri Group for Investments and Business" and "Al-Thakiri Mills", and he is a member of the " Aleppo Chamber of Commerce ", " Aleppo Chamber of Industry ", "Gaziantep Chamber of Commerce", and "Gaziantep Chamber of Industry".

He was included in the "Pioneers in Philanthropy" list for 2025 after announcing his donation of $10,000,000 to the "Halab Sitt Elkel Campaign".

He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Yildiz Technical University in Türkiye in 1992.
