He has over 20 years of experience in the fields of technology, strategy, sales, retail, distribution and business transformation.

He served as Head of Sales and Distribution at Vodafone Egypt , and held a number of leadership positions in the fields of corporate and SME sales, government sales, business sector products and solutions, strategy, program management, and information security.

In the field of education, he taught strategy and international management within the Master of Business Administration programs at Nile University and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport . He also worked as a certified lecturer from the American University in Cairo in the fields of sales and marketing.

He studied in the United Kingdom, where he obtained a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Bradford in 2017, a Master of Business Administration specializing in Strategic Planning from Heriot-Watt University in 2009, another Master of Business Information Technology from Middlesex University in 2003, and a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Electronics from the Faculty of Engineering at Cairo University in 1997.
