The Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company (SRC) was established in 2017 as a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund. SRC acts as a broker, matching the liquidity and capital needs of mortgage companies with the risk appetite and return objectives of investors.
The company aims to enhance mortgage industry standards, foster stability and growth in the secondary market, and facilitate access to domestic and international funding sources.
