Chairman of INDEX Holding , UAE. He is the CEO of Arab Creativity Exhibition, the official representative and special advisor of the International Hospital Federation in the Middle East and North Africa region, CEO of the International Dental Federation, and the Executive Chairman and Founder of AEEDC Dubai since 1997. He is also a Board Member of the International Helsinki Federation, a member of the Arab Academy of Dermatology and Aesthetics , and a member of the Board of Trustees of both Al Falah University and Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government since 2018. He held the position of Director of Planning and Development in Primary Health Care at the Dubai Health Authority between 1983 and 2001. He has received many certificates of appreciation, including: a certificate of appreciation in 2003 from Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum , Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, in appreciation of the ideal organization of the “World Bank Exhibition”, a certificate of appreciation in 2004 and 2006 from the Mayor of New York City for AEEDC Dubai’s participation in the “New York Dental Congress”, a certificate of appreciation in 2007 from Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum , Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance and Chairman of the Dubai Health Authority, in appreciation of the pioneering role in organizing the FDI World Dental Congress, in addition to a certificate of appreciation from the University of Lugano in Switzerland for the pioneering role in the field of humanitarian services and combating smoking. Dr. Al Madani holds a PhD in Healthcare Management from the United States of America, and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from the United Kingdom.
