Founder and CEO of “ Strategic Center for Consulting and Training ” since July 2018, United Arab Emirates.

He is a human development trainer, and specializes in the process of evaluating awards and institutional excellence programs in the UAE.

He has also been a Performance Advisor at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company ( ADNOC ) since February 2011, a member of the Sharjah Consultative Council since October 2019, and the Advisory Board of the College of Business Administration at the University of Science and Technology in Fujairah since May 2022.

He was an assistant professor at both Fujairah University between 2018 and 2019, and Ajman University , a faculty member at Sharjah Police Academy between 2017 and 2018, and a reviewer for the Journal of Police and Legal Sciences.

He also held the position of Organizational Excellence Specialist at the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure between 2017 and 2018, and Head of the Quality Team at Sharjah City Municipality between February 2002 and November 2011.

He contributed to the evaluation processes of many excellence awards in the UAE, including: “Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance”, “Sharjah Award for Economic Excellence”, “Dubai Quality Award”, “Emirates Award for Social Development”, “Emirates Women Award”, “Innovation Award at the Ministry of Energy”, “Dubai Award for Human Resources Development”, and “Dubai Award for Excellence in Government Performance Program”.

He authored the book “My Journey to the Top” in 2018, and “Total Quality Management: Human Resources and Institutional Performance” in 2017.

He won the Rashid Award in 2017, and the UAE National Award in 2016.

He holds a PhD in Management and Institutional Excellence in 2016 from the University of Management and Science in Malaysia, a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management Strategy in 2009 from the University of Wollongong in Dubai , and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2006 from Ajman University.
