Emirati lawyer. He is the owner of "Ahmed & Rashid Al Rashid Law Firm and Legal Consultants", and a member of the Board of Directors of the " Dubai International Arbitration Centre " since November 7, 2021. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the " Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry ", the Board of Trustees of the " University of Sharjah ", the Trademarks Committee, and the Commercial Agencies Committee at the " UAE Ministry of Economy " for 10 years. He also participated in the establishment of the Sharjah Center for International Commercial Arbitration "Tahkeem" , and was Chairman of its Executive Committee. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the " United Arab Emirates University " in 1981.
