Group Head of Corporate Banking at Emirates NBD since 12 December 2022, UAE.

He is a member of the Executive Committee of the same bank, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of “TECOM Group” and “Emirates NBD Capital Saudi Arabia”, and a member of the Board of Directors of “Emirates Post Group” since November 11, 2019.

He held several positions at Emirates NBD, including: Senior Executive Vice President and Group Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking between 2019 and 2022, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Banking between 2018 and 2019, CEO of Emirates NBD Capital Limited between 2015 and 2018, and Director of Investment Banking in 2013.

He also held the position of CEO of Dubai Group, Head of Strategic Accounts at General Electric between 2012 and 2013, and worked as an engineer at Emirates Telecommunications Group ( Etisalat) between 2001 and 2006.

He also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Bank Muscat , Shuaa Capital , EFG Hermes, and Sun Hong Kai.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2007 from the University of Victoria in Canada, a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management Engineering in 2004 from the Higher Colleges of Technology in the UAE, and a Higher Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 2001.
