He is a member of the British Institute of Internal Auditors.

He has held the position of Head of Internal Audit and Compliance at Elsewedy Electric since January 2020, and held several positions at El Wadi Group in Egypt, namely: Chief Compliance Officer between 2018 and 2020, Chief Business Officer between 2016 and 2018, and Head of Internal Audit between 2014 and 2016.

He also served as a member of the Audit Committee of the Agricultural Development Company in Lebanon between 2015 and 2020, was Head of Internal Audit at Colt Technology Services Group in the United Kingdom between 2013 and 2014, and Director of Risk Consulting at Ernst & Young in London between 2004 and 2013.

He has over 25 years of experience in internal audit, risk management and consulting services.

He holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Business Administration in 1999.
