CEO of Kuwait Financial Centre since October 30, 2020, State of Kuwait.

He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of First Equilis since May 2018, Chairman of Gulf Pacific Race in the United States, and Chairman of the Lebanese Business Council in Kuwait since May 2020. He is also Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Heavy Engineering Industries and Shipbuilding Company, representing MHI Holding Limited.

He served as Chief Operating Officer at Kuwait Financial Centre (Markaz ) and as a board member of Kuwait Energy Company (KEC) from 2017 to 2019, as well as Privatization Holding Company.

He joined Kuwait Financial Centre in 1989 and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mar-Gulf Management Inc. (MGME) in the United States.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD in France in 1987, a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1983, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the same university in 1981.
