He served as a member of the " Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi ", and as a member of the Board of Directors of " Al Hilal Bank ", the " Higher Corporation for Specialized Economic Zones ", and " Abu Dhabi Global Market ",

He also held the positions of Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development , Executive Director in the Office of the Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council in the Government of Abu Dhabi , and CEO of Al Rayan Investment Company .

He was also the director of the European foreign investments department at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority , and the portfolio manager for the aviation and automotive sectors at GMC, Ford, and Chrysler.

He has over 20 years of experience in financial management and strategic planning at both the international and local levels.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Warner Pacific University in the United States of America, a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and has completed several seminars at Harvard Business School in the United States of America.
