He served as President of the “ Cooperative Union of Fishermen’s Societies ,” Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “ Abu Dhabi Fishermen’s Cooperative Society ,” and Managing Director of its Board of Directors.He was also head of both the Economic Research and Studies Department and the Code Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation .
He holds a bachelor’s degree in marine engineering and mechanization from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in Egypt.
