Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Independent Petroleum Group , State of Kuwait.

He is the founder and chairman of the board of directors of “Siemens Electronics and Electrical Services Company” in Kuwait, the founder and partner of “Ali Al-Radwan and Partners Law Firm”, and a member of the “Kuwait Bar Association”.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Independent Petroleum Group since September 11, 1976.

He held the position of Vice Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors of the “Kuwaiti Swiss Company”, and was a member of the Board of Directors of the “ Kuwait Stock Exchange ”, the “Kuwait Oil and Gas Company” between 1974 and 1975, and the “ Kuwait National Petroleum Company ”, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the same company, and Deputy General Manager therein between 1964 and 1970.

He worked as Secretary General of both the Kuwaiti National Assembly between 1963 and 1964 and the Constituent Assembly between 1962 and 1963, and as a lawyer.

He obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1960 from Cairo University.
