He held several positions in the Kuwait National Petroleum Company , namely: General Manager of the International Marketing Department, Director of the International Marketing Department in the Middle East Office in Kuwait, and Director of the International Marketing Department in the Middle East Office in Singapore.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics in 1976 from the University of Central Missouri in the United States of America.
