Chairperson of the Ajman Business Women Council , United Arab Emirates. 

She is a member of the Ajman Chamber and a member of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Businesswomen Council . 

She held the position of Director General of the “Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi Foundation for Development and Human Development” in Ajman for 8 years, and Director of the “Guided Enrollment Center” in Sharjah, and the “Guided Enrollment Center” in Umm Al Quwain. 

She was also a member of the teaching staff in the enrollment centers at the “College Education". After her graduation, she was appointed as a teaching assistant at the United Arab Emirates University , and then became a faculty member at the same university. 

She holds a doctorate in educational planning from Ain Shams University in Egypt, a master’s degree in economics of education in 1985 from Al-Azhar University in Egypt, and a bachelor’s degree in education with a specialization in Islamic studies and Arabic language.
