Deputy CEO and Executive Director of “ Commercial International Bank ”, Arab Republic of Egypt.

He is the founder and honorary president of the Egyptian Association of Financial Markets Traders (ACI), honorary president of the Arab Association of Financial Markets Traders (ICA) since 2003, and head of the five-member committee to manage the affairs of the Egyptian Football Association since 2019.

He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of CI Assets Management, and a member of the Board of Directors of Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Central Registry.

He held several positions at the Commercial International Bank , including: CEO of the Institutional Sector, General Manager and Head of the Financial Institutions Sector, and Head of the Institutional Relations Sector. He also held the position of General Manager of the Capital Market and Correspondents at the United Bank of Egypt, Head of the International Transactions Chamber at the Export Development Bank of Egypt, and Senior Manager of the International Transactions Chamber at the Suez Canal Bank .

He chaired the board of directors of Falcon Group, Commercial International Brokerage Company, and Capital Securities Brokerage Company. He also served as a member of the boards of directors of several companies, including: CI Capital Holding Company, representing the Commercial International Bank , the Egyptian Company for Data Transfer (TE Data), Royal & Sun Insurance Company, and the Holding Company for Airports and Air Navigation.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of Zamalek Club between 2006 and 2013, in addition to his membership in the Board of Directors of the Sports Support Fund.

He is the first Egyptian and the youngest to hold the position of President of the Arab Federation of Financial Markets Traders (ICA).

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, 1985, from Cairo University .
