He is a board member of Dar Al Markaba Car Rental Company since August 4, 2026, and of “Etihad Atheeb Telecommunications Company “Go” since October 26, 2020, and a founding partner in Executive Solutions Trading Company with 50% of the company’s capital.

He served as Director of Internal Audit at the Saudi Real Estate Company Al-Aqaria, Chief Executive Officer of Internal Audit and Secretary of the Audit and Compliance Committee at Al-Yusr Leasing and Finance Company, Senior Audit Manager at the Saudi British Bank “SABB” , and Audit Manager at the same bank.

He also worked as a trainer at the Tamkeen Training Institute and the International Institute of Internal Auditors in Riyadh, and held the position of Senior Director of Internal Audit at Etihad Etisalat Company “Mobily” , an internal auditor at the same company, and Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dhahran.

He has 17 years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, governance, compliance and internal control, in addition to his experience in board membership, audit and risk committees, establishing and developing internal audit departments and preparing risk-based audit plans.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (2010), a Certified Internal Auditor certificate, and a Certified Information Systems Auditor certificate.
