She is a member of the Board of Directors of Aldar Education Company and Musanada Company.

She held the position of Executive Director of Human Resources and Performance at Aldar Properties between 2019 and 2023. She also worked at the Securities and Commodities Authority between 2003 and 2005, and was the Senior Officer of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs at the Sharjah Airport International Free Zone between 1998 and 2003.

She held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Al Dar Hospitality Company”, in addition to her membership in the Board of Directors of Khidmah Company .

She holds a Higher Diploma in Business Administration in 1997 from the Higher Colleges of Technology , and a professional accreditation certificate from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She has also completed a number of courses and programs in the fields of human resources, general management, executive development, professional tests, behavioral analysis, and professional values.
