She held several positions within Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, including: Head of Human Resources between 2021 and 2023, Head of Emiratisation and Recruitment between 2018 and 2021, Director of Employee Relations and Acting Director of Recruitment between 2007 and 2009, and Director of Training and Development between 2003 and 2007.

She also worked at the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development for 9 years, where she held the position of Head of Human Resources Planning and Recruitment between 2017 and 2018, Human Resources Advisor in the Chairman’s Office between 2012 and 2017, and Head of Employee Relations between 2009 and 2012.

She has over 15 years of experience in the field of human resources gained through working in both the public and private sectors.

She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management in 2011 from the New York Institute of Technology in the United States of America.
