He has been the CEO of Healthcare and Life Sciences Services at ADQ Holding since March 2020, Chairman of Pharmax and Amoun Pharmaceuticals in Egypt, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Islamic Arab Cooperative Insurance Company (Salama ) since July 25, 2024, and Eshraq Investment Company since November 3, 2023, and a member of the Board of Directors of Aramex since June 22, 2020.

Appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of “Eshraq Investment Company” since October 31, 2023.

He served as a member of the Board of Directors of “Bashaer Real Estate Investment Company”, “ Emirates NBD Saudi Arabia ”, “ Addax Bank ” in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and “Al-Oula Education Holding Company”. He held the position of CEO of “Emirates NBD Capital” between September 2018 and March 2021, and Acting General Manager of the “Awqaf and Minors’ Affairs Authority”.

He held several positions at Waha Capital , including Managing Director and Head of Principal Investments, Head of Mergers and Acquisitions, and Head of Recruitment Unit Affairs. Prior to that, he held the position of Head of Executive Council Projects at the Government of Dubai between 2007 and 2009, and Assistant Vice President of Syndicated Loans and Project Finance at Dubai Islamic Bank between 2005 and 2007. He also worked at Dubai Aluminium Company.

He holds an MBA in Finance and Investment from Monash University in Australia in 2003, and a BSc in Applied Computing from Leeds Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom in 2000.
